Empowered2LEAD is a human resources consulting company founded in 2016 as a sole proprietorship by Dr. Kenneth I. Robinson. Dr. Robinson has over 20 years of human resources and leadership development experience with several Fortune 100 companies and higher education Institutions.
Our focus is on leadership training and the professional development of managers and staff. We engage our clients by offering a combination of individual and group coaching, team building & collaboration workshops, communications skills development, and professional growth and development.

Dr. Robinson completed his Doctorate in Educational Leadership at California State University, Fullerton, California. In addition, he holds a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, from Lawrence Institute of Technology, Southfield, Michigan. DR. Robinson is a versatile leadership consultant, coach, and trainer with more than 30 years of broad human resources leadership experience.
